The AT Mini is based on the original V1 AT circuit, permanently set to the preferred 100-watt mode — the open, loud, less-compressed voicing with the most volume and the most amp-like crunch. No toggle. Just the setting that defines the pedal's signature sound.

The AT Mini delivers an authentic British distortion lead and rhythm sound, with the punch, saturation, and unmistakable feel of a stack of loud amplifiers.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT

This is the same exact circuit as the V1.

Same four knobs. Smaller box, smaller price.

FIRST: A new compact enclosure gives back valuable pedalboard real estate.

SECOND: The wattage toggle has been removed and the voicing is fixed to 100 watts.

THAT'S IT: Volume, Drive, EQ, and Air work exactly as they always have.

For the 25-watt and 50-watt voicings, or the independent footswitchable boost channel, there's the AT+. Still part of the JHS Pedals catalogue at $219.

For the core AT tone, fixed to its 100-watt voicing, in a smaller footprint and at $129, the AT Mini is it.

CONTROLS

VOLUME – Controls the output volume.

DRIVE – Controls the amount of drive and gain, just like a tube amp being cranked at high volume. A wide range takes you from high-gain blues to thunderous distortion.

EQ – A high-pass filter that naturally brightens or darkens the overall tone. Right is brighter, left is darker.

AIR – Like the presence control on an amp, Air lets you dial in the perfect amount of high end for compatibility with any amplifier. Right is brighter, left is darker.

JACKS

INPUT – 1/4" right jack.

OUTPUT – 1/4" left jack.

POWER – Requires 9VDC to 18VDC centre-negative power and consumes 10mA.
